10 Months

 

Garrett,

You are 10 months old now, and developing quite the personality. You are a thinker! I love to watch the way you zone in on people or objects and closely observe what people are doing or how things work. 

 

 

You love to play peek-a-boo, but you like to do the hiding. We will say, "Where is Garrett?" and you will pull your shirt, a blanket, or even a toy in front of your face. Then we will say, "There he is!" and you will move it away and flash the biggest smile.

You have seven teeth now, and it is making it much easier for you to eat real food. You like to eat chicken, green beans, and cheese. But I must say that Puffs are your FAVORITE thing to eat! Your face lights up and you kick your legs when you even see the container. You've even thrown a few fits because we didn't get them to you quick enough. You still have several bottles each day, and you like to hold the bottle yourself.

You can clap your hands and dance to music.  You can say Mama clearly, but we are still working on Dada.

You love to push the bar stools around the kitchen, run behind your walker, and push your play table around the room.
