A Night Out

The city of Krum was hosting their 125th celebration.  We have some friends who live in Krum, and they invited us to go out to the "festival" that the city was hosting. 

We started off having dinner at one of our favorite Mexican food restaraunts, Miguelito's.  Yum!!  I ate entirely too much, but it's just sooo delicious.

 There were two bands that played that night.  We arrived around 8:00, so it wasn't too hot outside.  The sun was setting and there were lots of shaded areas.

The main concert that we wanted to see, Ed Burleson, started at 10:00.    We had fun country dancing in the streets and people watching.  Ed was playing until 1:00am, but Joleen and I left around 11:00.  We were hot and tired, so we went back to their house and watched some TV in the AC!!  We went back later to pick up the boys since they were not ready to leave.

Looking forward to some cooler weather!
