Shower Time

One of my dearest friends, Tracy, is going to be a mom! Tracy and I met at UNT, and we were roommates for four years. She moved to Austin several years ago, and I miss her dearly. Though few and far between, I always look forward to our visits.

This past weekend my oldest, best buddy, Crystal, and I headed to Austin for Tracy's baby shower. She and I, along with one of Tracy's life-long friends, Jaida, hosted the shower.

I made baby Colton a baby blanket and a few other goodies. I can't wait to meet him. We are hoping that he will be a spring break baby so "Aunt Dawn" and "Aunt Crystal" can go visit him!

The shower was a success. Tracy received a massive amount of baby goods. I'm pretty sure little Colton is already spoiled rotten.




After the shower we went to an amazing Italian food restaurant, Gino's, to celebrate Tracy's parent's anniversary.

I am so happy for Tracy and her husband, Dave. I know they are going to be awesome parents!
