Hunting Season

Hunting season has officially started!  Typically Ryan is gone every weekend trying to find Bambi, however this year he got lucky and shot a deer opening weekend.  I'm not sure what he is going to do with all of his free time now.  He took the deer to have it European mounted and to have the meat processed.  He had some jalapeno and cheese sausage made, deer jerky, and lots of steaks and "hamburger" meat.  AND when I say lots, I mean LOTS!  Our entire freezer in the garage is full of deer meat.  I'm going to have to start looking for some recipes for sure!
